What We Offer

  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment in the therapeutic relationship. We recognize trauma's effects on our behavior, relationships, and emotions with the goal of helping our clients heal by creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

  • Relationship Therapy

Therapy focused on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships between partners. We are Queer-, Poly-, and Kink-affirming.

  • Child-Centered Play Therapy (3-11)

Therapy tailored to support the emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs of children, fostering growth and resilience through the transformative power of play.

  • Adolescent Therapy (12-17)

Therapy designed to help adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. We provide a safe space for self-expression, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, identity, and family conflict. The goal is to foster coping skills, self-awareness, and resilience, empowering teens to manage struggles and develop healthy relationships.

  • Parent and Individual Coaching

Coaching is different from therapy in that it is focused on the present, goal-oriented, and directive. Our trauma-informed coaching addresses challenges with self confidence, decision-making, and parenting skills.

  • Immigration Evaluations

These evaluations are designed in support of immigration cases. The purpose is documenting trauma, hardship, or mental impairment for applications like Asylum, U/T Visas, VAWA, or Extreme Hardship waivers, providing crucial evidence to immigration courts about suffering from persecution or abuse, often involving detailed interviews, testing, and a comprehensive report for legal use.

  • Individual and Group Supervision

Accessible guidance and support for mental health professionals seeking to enhance their skills, develop a more systems-oriented approach, and work towards licensure.

  • Cooperative Business Consultation

Interested in starting or converting your existing business into a cooperative? In alignment with our values and cooperative principles, we offer consultations aimed at improving workplace wellness and overall employee well-being within organizations.

Why a Coop?

We are an employee-owned mental health cooperative. This means that our clinicians are co-owners in the practice and have an equal voice in how it’s run. This structure allows us to prioritize the needs of our community, our clients, and our clinicians rather than focusing on profits or shareholders.

Co-operatives help counterbalance the massive growth of inequality between the world’s rich and poor; an issue that, if not addressed, has major economic, social, cultural, environmental, and political consequences. A worker-cooperative is an entirely employee-owned and managed business, which means your provider has complete control of their own practice. Profits are not diverted to wealthy investors or corporate executives, and the savings from this model are used for the benefit of the providers, clients, and our community!

This values-based approach ensures that we deliver high-quality outpatient mental health care that allows us to focus on the needs of our practitioners and community alike.
